I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation prior to counselling.

This gives us the opportunity to learn more about each other and help you decide whether to enter into a counselling relationship together.

Following this, session prices are as listed below, and all sessions are 50 minutes.

​

I offer telephone and zoom sessions on Mondays  to Thursdays and I offer face to face sessions on Fridays.

Concession rates are available for students and those who are unemployed, at £5 less than the rates above, please contact me to enquire about availability.​​​
