Coming Soon in 2025: Creativity for Wellbeing Group for Neurodivergent Adults
I'm excited to launch a closed, creativity-based well-being group for neurodivergent adults, thoughtfully designed to support those who have often felt isolated or misunderstood in traditional group settings. The same group of people will join each session, with no new members added—giving you a chance to gradually get to know each other.
6 x 2-hour sessions at the weekend over 12 weeks
About Heidi
I’ve always been drawn to art, completing an art degree years ago, but I found the experience uninspiring and disconnected. It wasn’t until I took a Person-Centered Expressive Arts course that I realized how much I’d missed creative expression and reconnected with it in a deeper, more meaningful way.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, I’ve often struggled to express myself with words. This journey has shown me how creativity can open up new ways of understanding and connecting with ourselves and others. It’s been a healing and empowering experience, and I feel passionate about sharing this with others.
I’ve also noticed how much we, as neurodivergent people, need safe, welcoming spaces to explore, connect, and socialise. That’s why I created my Neurodivergent Creativity course—to offer a space where creativity and community come together in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and inspiring.
Are you looking for a space where your sensory and processing needs are accepted, and where you can connect with others in a meaningful, pressure-free way?
The group offers a welcoming environment for connecting with your creativity and with other neurodivergent individuals. You'll find a structured setting with carefully planned activities that inspire and engage while respecting personal boundaries—stimming welcome, eye contact optional, and no awkward mingling. Together, we’ll use creativity as a pathway to self-care and personal growth, building connections that can support you long after our sessions end.
